Based in Grand Junction, Colorado, Sequent Information Systems is a locally owned and operated Information Technology provider. Our primary market focus is providing Internet access, remote IP Telephony hosting and full networking services throughout the Grand Junction area.
Sequent Information Systems has invested in a large infrastructure of IP Telephony that we can host from our headquarters in downtown Grand Junction to your location. We reinforce our business service with a highly skilled and trained engineering staff. All our engineers are trained by industry-leading manufacturers and have lived and worked in the Grand Valley area for many years.

Alma has been with Sequent since February of 2021, as the administrative assistant. Originally from Texas, Alma and her family spent 14 years in Tampa, FL where they called home before relocating to the North East state of Vermont for 6 years. In the summer of 2020, Alma and her family received the opportunity to relocate to Grand Junction, CO with her husband’s career and are settling in nicely. When not learning the IT business at Sequent, Alma loves spending time with her husband and three children, which keep her busy. She likes traveling, spending time by an ocean or lake, and exploring all that GJ and the neighboring states have to offer.
Born and raised in Northern Michigan, Ty moved to Denver in 2015 with big city dreams but quickly fell in love with the mountains and all the adventure Colorado has to offer. He has spent most of his free time since exploring Westward, most recently moving to Grand Junction in 2021.
Ty possesses a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and he’s put his analytical skills to use in a variety of fields; pharmaceutical research, financial management, and working on the enhanced emergency 911 network. Ty is our Office Manager and enjoys helping staff facilitate solutions as well as researching, purchasing, and coordinating implementation of enterprise level products and services needed to keep us and our customers operating with ease in the constantly evolving environment that technology provides.
Ty’s hobbies include photography, rec sports, entomology, and naturalism. If you don’t see him chasing insects in the nearby canyons, you will probably find him out on a sunny patio appreciating a cold beverage at one of our many great establishments here in Grand Junction.
Baylie joined Sequent in 2023 and is our Technical Director. Born in Craig, she moved to Grand Junction a few years ago after living in Texas. She has 6 years of experience in IT and is both technically and mechanically inclined. You won’t see Baylie backing down from a challenge. Her confidence is supported by her abilities, and she leads by example with a can-do attitude. Baylie’s favorite part about IT is the versatility of the work. It’s hardly ever the same issue, and there is always an opportunity to learn something new. In her spare time, when she isn’t out in the garage tinkering with vehicles, she likes creating artwork and spending time with her kids, enjoying the ample sunshine and new experiences this part of the country offers.
Ken recently moved to Grand Junction to be closer to family. He has 14+ years in IT, 10 of those supporting mining operations in Nevada. In his spare time, Ken enjoys learning new technology, playing videogames, doing graphic and media design, creating streaming content, art, and music. His favorite part about the area so far is the scenery and outdoor activities.
